Emphasis on Health - The Fortin Family Gym

SOLA promotes originality of thought, openness to new ideas, the ability to think critically, and the drive to succeed as well as ethical leadership.

These qualities are nurtured in the classroom, in mentoring sessions, and through extracurricular activities.

Most recently, the inauguration of the Fortin Family Gym sent a clear sign that SOLA considers physical health central to the development of strong female leaders.

With a member of the national boxing team and a Taekwondo trainer amongst its students, SOLA is positioned to set new standards for female participation in sports.
