Confidentiality

Confidentiality is the hallmark of professionalism.
SOLA will ensure that confidential, privileged or nonpublic information is not disclosed inappropriately and respect the privacy rights of students and staff.

Information

SOLA stakeholders have a right to ask questions and a right to answers. They have the right to be informed of what we do and how we do it, in an easily accessible manner. For this reason, we seek to make available important information via our website, Facebook page, annual report or upon request.

The security and safety of our students and staff in the field, however, will always be paramount. Any information that could be considered a threat to the safety and/or security of the SOLA community will not be publicly disclosed . 

Feedback and Complaints

SOLA welcomes constructive feedback of any kind. SOLA will maintain the confidentiality of complainants and provide an environment where students, staff or family are able to report complaints and seek fair redress without fearing retaliation.
